Is it legal, whether legal by laws or hotel regulations, to reserve a hotel room, specifically courtyard by marriot, on a discount and be kicked out because they need to sell the room full price?

and the hotel needs to sell the room at full price,
then it’s tough, but out you go.
That’s business. The only way to counteract it
is to offer full price for the room.
David N:Most of the employee discounts are on the basis of “provided there is a vacancy.”
i.e.; “We don’t have somebody who is willing to pay full price.”
